Return Process

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive the correct return address.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully repack your tiles in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely fastened to a pallet or boxed tightly to prevent breakage during transit.
- 3.Arrange Transport
Organize a courier of your choice to ship the items back to our warehouse, or ask us for a quote to arrange a professional collection service for your convenience.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in perfect condition, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
