How are the tiles delivered?

Due to their weight and fragile nature, most orders are delivered on a pallet via a tail-lift vehicle. Delivery is 'kerbside only,' meaning the driver will drop the pallet at the nearest accessible point to your property.

What happens if my tiles arrive damaged?

While we take great care in packaging, accidents can happen. If you notice any damage upon delivery, please sign for them as 'damaged' and contact our team within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange replacements.
